  • Evoke Pharma Inc (NASDAQ: EVOK) shares fell 71.5 percent to $3.06 after the company revealed that its topline results from its Phase 3 clinical trial of EVK-001 failed to achieve its primary endpoint of symptom improvement at the end of four weeks in female patients with symptomatic diabetic gastroparesis.
  • Ocean Power Technologies Inc (NASDAQ: OPTT) shares dropped 23.4 percent to $6.35. Ocean Power Technologies shares have jumped 59.42 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 1.57 percent in the same period.
  • Syros Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: SYRS) shares dipped 12.7 percent to $13.10. H.C. Wainwright initiated coverage on Syros Pharmaceuticals with a Neutral rating.
  • Ferro Corporation (NYSE: FOE) shares fell 11.5 percent to $12.63. Reuters reported that Ferro has turned down offers from Apollo Global Management and CVC Capital Partners for being too low. Ferro is expected to report Q2 financial results on Thursday, July 28, 2016.

  • Hasbro, Inc. (NASDAQ: HAS) shares dropped 7.8 percent to $78.84. Hasbro reported stronger-than-expected results for its latest quarter on Monday.
  • Twilio Inc (NYSE: TWLO) shares dropped 5.2 percent to $40.77 after various analysts initiated coverage on the stock. JPMorgan initiated coverage of the company with a Neutral rating, while Goldman Sachs initiated coverage on the stock with a Neutral rating.
  • Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: BCLI) shares dropped 5 percent to $2.84 after the company reported top line results from the U.S. Phase 2 Study of NurOwn in patients with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis.
  • Monster Beverage Corporation (NASDAQ: MNST) fell 4.7 percent to $153.95. Wells Fargo downgraded Monster Beverage from Outperform to Market Perform.
  • Helios and Matheson Analytics Inc (NASDAQ: HMNY) shares declined 4.3 percent to $8.69. Helios and Matheson reported that it has filed a $50 million shelf.
  • J B Hunt Transport Services Inc (NASDAQ: JBHT) shares slipped 3 percent to $82.57 after the company reported downbeat Q2 earnings and revised its FY16 outlook.
