The worst performing industries in the market today are: Semiconductor - Specialized: This industry slipped 1.5 percent by 11:00 am. The worst stock within the industry was Himax Technologies, Inc. (ADR) HIMX, which fell 14.6 percent. Himax Technologies reported Q1 earnings of $0.078 per share on revenue of $180.3 million. Drug Related Products: This industry declined 1.45 percent by 11:00 am with Perrigo Company plc PRGO moving down 2.3 percent. Perrigo reported Q1 earnings of $1.75 per share on revenue of $1.383 billion. Diversified Computer Systems: This industry fell 1.4 percent by 11:00 am ET. Silicon Graphics International Corp SGI shares dropped 3 percent in today's trading. Silicon Graphics shares have dropped 33.71 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has declined 2.67 percent in the same period. Electronic Equipment: The industry dropped 1.3 percent by 11:00 am. The worst performer in this industry was Skullcandy Inc SKUL, which declined 3.5 percent.
