The worst performing industries in the market today are: Specialty Eateries: This industry slipped 3.5 percent by 11:00 am. The worst stock within the industry was Starbucks Corporation SBUX, which fell 3.8 percent. Deutsche Bank downgraded the rating on Starbucks from Buy to Hold, while lowering the price target from $70 to $64. Networking & Communication Devices: This industry declined 2 percent by 11:00 am with Juniper Networks, Inc. JNPR moving down 9 percent. Juniper Networks lowered its forecast for the first quarter. Juniper expects adjusted Q1 earnings of $0.35 to $0.37 per share on revenue of $1.09 billion to $1.1 billion. Diversified Computer Systems: This industry fell 1.9 percent by 11:00 am ET. Silicon Graphics International Corp SGI shares dropped 2.5 percent in today's trading. Silicon Graphics shares have tumbled 28.29 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has declined 2.57 percent in the same period. Electronics Stores: The industry dropped 1.5 percent by 11:00 am. The worst performer in this industry was Best Buy Co Inc BBY, which declined 1.8 percent.
