Yahoo! Inc. YHOO said it would announce its first quarter financial results on April 19 after the market closes. The company indicated the conference call would be available on video live stream.
Analysts estimate the company to deliver earnings of $0.07 a share and $1.08 billion revenue for the first quarter.
Yahoo! said that it would also discuss its financial results for the first quarter on April 19 at 2:00 p.m. PT/5:00 p.m. ET.
According to the company, the live stream would be broadcast from its Sunnyvale studio and would be available exclusively at http://finance.yahoo.com/. The company also indicated that the video will be archived after the event and would be made available for 90 days after the broadcast.
