The worst performing industries in the market today are: Foreign Utilities: This industry slipped 2.4 percent by 11:00 am. The worst stock within the industry was CPFL Energia S.A. (ADR) CPL, which fell 3.4 percent. CPFL Energia shares have declined 21.28 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has dropped 1.76 percent in the same period. Synthetics: This industry declined 2.1 percent by 11:00 am with Lightbridge Corp LTBR moving down 2.9 percent. Lightbridge shares have dipped 54.76 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has dropped 1.76 percent in the same period. Recreational Vehicles: This industry fell 1.9 percent by 11:00 am ET. Harley-Davidson Inc HOG shares dropped 7.8 percent in today's trading. Harley-Davidson shares have dropped 20.04 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has declined 1.76 percent in the same period. Semiconductor - Integrated Circuits: The industry dropped 1.3 percent by 11:00 am. The worst performer in this industry was Amkor Technology, Inc. AMKR, which declined 3.9 percent.
