The worst performing industries in the market today are: Silver: This industry slipped 4.3 percent by 11:00 am. The worst stock within the industry was Great Panther Silver Ltd GPL, which fell 7.7 percent. Great Panther Silver shares have gained 69.35 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has dropped 1.99 percent in the same period. Computer Peripherals: This industry declined 3.2 percent by 11:00 am with Stratasys, Ltd. SSYS moving down 5.6 percent. Stratasys' PEG ratio is 3.39. Foreign Utilities: This industry fell 2.9 percent by 11:00 am ET. CPFL Energia S.A. (ADR) CPL shares dropped 3.6 percent in today's trading. CPFL Energia shares have tumbled 8.47 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has declined 1.99 percent in the same period. Synthetics: The industry dropped 2.6 percent by 11:00 am. The worst performer in this industry was Axiall Corp AXLL, which declined 2.4 percent.
