The worst performing industries in the market today are: Drug Delivery: This industry declined 1.1 percent by 11:00 am with Delcath Systems, Inc. DCTH moving down 6.8 percent. Delcath shares have dropped 65.04 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has slipped 8.91 percent in the same period. Diversified Machinery: The industry dropped 0.9 percent by 11:00 am. The worst performer in this industry was Ocean Power Technologies Inc OPTT, which declined 3.2 percent. Ocean Power Technologies' trailing-twelve-month ROE is -87.27 percent. Health Care Plans: This industry slipped 0.7 percent by 11:00 am. The worst stock within the industry was CIGNA Corporation CI, which fell 1.2 percent.
