A young girl’s courage has turned a nearly tragic situation into an inspiring feel-good story and generated some excellent brand exposure in the process. Nineteen-year-old Seahawks fan Charlotte Heffelmire rescued her father back in November after finding him pinned under his truck in a burning garage. The truck had collapsed on top of her father, and spilled gasoline ignited to start the fire.
On an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, Heffelmire told Ellen that, after saving her father and making sure everyone was out of the house, she returned inside the burning house to retrieve her prized Russel Wilson Fathead.

After hearing the heartwarming story of Heffelmire’s bravery, Russel Wilson posted a video praising her on Twitter and tweeted the following:
In recognition of her courage, Heffelmire has received a gift basket of merchandise and tickets to a game from the Seahawks as well as a $10,000 scholarship check from Shutterfly.
Fathead, which has received a lot of free positive publicity from the ordeal, plans to award Heffelmire with a Seahawks Fandom package as well.
