SIRI shares surged 3.75 percent to $4.15 in pre-market trading after the company announced it has reached a new 12-year deal with Howard Stern. As part of the new agreement, Stern will continue producing and hosting his talk show, The Howard Stern Show, for the next five years. Amgen, Inc. AMGN shares jumped 2.18 percent to $161.55. Morgan Stanley upgraded Amgen from Equal-weight to Overweight, while raising the price target from $160 to $193. Visa Inc V rose 1.74 percent to $78.21 in pre-market trading. Goldman Sachs added Visa to its Conviction Buy list. Texas Instruments Incorporated TXN shares gained 1.39 percent to $57.00 in pre-market trading. Oppenheimer upgraded Texas Instruments from Perform to Outperform.
