Oncothyreon Inc (USA) (NASDAQ: ONTY) fell 23.96 percent to $2.38 in pre-market trading after the company after the release of data for ONT-380 in HER-2 positive breast cancer patients with and without brain metastases.

Lululemon Athletica inc. (NASDAQ: LULU) shares fell 10.85 percent to $46.50 in pre-market trading following quarterly results. Lululemon reported Q3 earnings of $0.35 per share on revenue of $479.7 million.

Costco Wholesale Corporation (NASDAQ: COST) shares tumbled 2.53 percent to $164.59 in pre-market trading after the company reported downbeat quarterly earnings.

Smith & Wesson Holding Corp (NASDAQ: SWHC) shares dipped 2.66 percent to $20.82 in pre-market trading. Smith & Wesson Holding reported better-than-expected results for its fiscal second quarter and raised its FY16 forecast.

Kinder Morgan Inc (NYSE: KMI) shares declined 2.04 percent to $15.40 in pre-market trading. RBC Capital downgraded Kinder Morgan from Outperform to Sector Perform and lowered the price target from $29.00 to $19.00.
