SunCoke Energy Inc SXC shares fell 18.87 percent to $7.91. Suncoke Energy reported a Q3 loss of $0.36 per share on revenue of $336.9 million. Sientra Inc SIEN shares tumbled 16.55 percent to $5.85. Sientra has placed a temporary hold on sales of Sientra devices manufactured by Silimed. Key Tronic Corporation KTCC dropped 13.04 percent to $8.67. Keytronic expected Q1 earnings of $0.06 to $0.08 per share on sales of $126 million. Capnia Inc CAPN fell 10.16 percent to $2.21 after the company reported a private placement of up to $10 million in convertible preferred stock and warrants. VMware, Inc. VMW shares dipped 9.41 percent to $71.26 after Dell Inc agreed to buy EMC Corporation EMC in a deal valued at around $67 billion. VMware issued a strong Q3 forecast. Mid-Con Energy Partners LP MCEP dropped 3.89 percent to $3.21. FBR Capital downgraded Mid-Con Energy Partners from Outperform to Market Perform and lowered the price target from $6.00 to $4.00. Celanese Corporation CE shares declined 1.78 percent to $63.85. Goldman Sachs downgraded Celanese to Neutral and lowered the price target to $71.00. Ruth's Hospitality Group, Inc. RUTH shares fell 1.75 percent to $15.72. Raymond James downgraded Ruth's Hospitality Group from Outperform to Market Perform. Harley-Davidson Inc HOG shares dropped 1.58 percent to $54.22. Longbow Research downgraded Harley-Davidson to Neutral.
