Morning Market Losers

Tuesday Morning Corporation TUES shares fell 36.29 percent to $5.90 after the company reported weaker-than-expected Q4 results. GigOptix Inc GIG shares dropped 22.33 percent to $1.67 after the company priced public offering of 9.218 million shares at $1.70 per share. ChinaCache Internatnl Hldgs Ltd (ADR) CCIH shares dropped 17.74 percent to $7.00. ChinaCache reported Q2 adjusted net income of RMB4.0 million (US$0.6 million) and revenue of RMB353.3 million (US$57.0 million). The Fresh Market Inc TFM shares dipped 15.72 percent to $22.41 after the company reported downbeat Q2 results and issued a weak full-year forecast. The company also announced a $200 million repurchase program. Baytex Energy Corp (USA) BTE shares fell 11.44 percent to $4.49 as the company tightened its FY15 production guidance and suspended its monthly dividend. Intuit Inc. INTU shares slipped 10.77 percent to $91.85. Intuit reported a narrower-than-expected loss for its fiscal fourth quarter, but the company's sales missed analysts' expectations. The company issued a weak forecast for the full year and announced its plans to divest Demandforce, QuickBase and Quicken. Ambarella Inc AMBA shares fell 7.98 percent to $89.30 after dipping 7.26 percent on Thursday. Ceres Inc CERE shares fell 6.34 percent to $1.16 after the company priced 1.598M share offering at $1.22 per share and 1.198 million warrants at $0.09375 per warrant with a $1.22 exercise price. Netflix, Inc. NFLX dropped 4.88 percent to $107.00 after dropping 7.84 percent on Thursday. Deere & Company DE shares declined 6.85 percent to $84.44. Deere reported upbeat earnings for its fiscal third quarter, but the company issued a weak sales outlook. Intrexon Corp XON dropped 1.22 percent to $41.98 after the company priced its 4.878 million share offering at $41 per share.
