Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. WMS ("ADS" or the "Company"), a leading global manufacturer of water management products and solutions for commercial, residential, infrastructure and agricultural applications, today announced that its previously issued financial statements and other financial data, including its May 12, 2015 earnings release, should no longer be relied upon, and that it will restate prior period financial statements and related financial information as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC").
