Stocks Hitting 52-Week Highs

Shenandoah Telecommunications Company SHEN shares climbed 14.18 percent to reach a new 52-week high of $41.18. NTELOS Holdings Corp NTLS agreed to be acquired by Shenandoah Telecommunications for $9.25 per share in cash or approximately $640 million. Novavax, Inc. NVAX shares touched a new 52-week high of $14.159 after the company reported a Q2 loss of $0.08 per share on revenue of $14 million and reported positive top-line data from a Phase 2 RSV F-protein vaccine clinical trial in older adults. ICU Medical, Incorporated ICUI shares gained 17.32 percent to reach a new 52-week high of $118.57 after the company reported upbeat Q2 earnings and raised its 2015 forecast. Symetra Financial Corporation SYA shares gained 7.25 percent to touch a new 52-week high of $31.66 after Japan's Sumitomo Life Insurance announced its plans to buy Symetra in a deal worth $3.8 billion.
