Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc. PSUN shares tumbled 11.04 percent to $1.53. Pacific Sunwear reported a Q1 adjusted loss of $0.12 per share. It expected Q2 adjusted loss of $0.05 per share to a gain of $0.01 per share and sales of $201 million to $209 million. Mizuho Securities downgraded Pacific Sunwear from Buy to Neutral. Cellectis SA (ADR) CLLS shares dipped 7.71 percent to $43.98. The Financial Times reported Thursday that the company was in sales talks with Pfizer Inc. PFE among potential buyers. Greif, Inc. GEF shares declined 7.14 percent to $38.78 after the company lowered its FY15 EPS outlook. Splunk Inc SPLK shares slipped 5.39 percent to $67.34. Splunk reported a narrower-than-expected loss for the first quarter and lifted its revenue forecast for the year. Himax Technologies, Inc. (ADR) HIMX shares declined 4.98 percent to $6.20. Chardan Capital downgraded Himax Technologies from Neutral to Sell. QAD Inc. QADA shares dropped 4.70 percent to $24.12. QAD reported Q4 earnings of $0.52 per share on revenue of $79.6 million. Sidoti & Co. downgraded QAD from Buy to Neutral. Cyberark Software Ltd CYBR shares fell 2.89 percent to $62.40 after the company announced up to $250 million secondary offering.
