Below are the most active movers to close this week's trading; they're worth watching heading into next week.

Seattle Genetics Inc. (NASDAQ: SGEN) gained more than 3 percent to $44.60 in after-hours trading Friday. The company's largest shareholder and board member Felix Baker reportedly acquired 950,886 shares on May 21.

Otonomy Inc. (NASDAQ: OTIC) recouped a little of its recent losses in the late session Friday, gaining 3 percent to $24.86. On Thursday the company said its vertigo treatment flunked a mid-stage trial.

Renren Inc. (NYSE: RENN) rose 2 percent after the bell Friday to $3.78 a share. The China-based social networking Internet platform provider didn't issue recent news.

Arcos Dorados Holding Inc. (NYSE: ARCO) picked up almost 2 percent to $5.37. The Argentina-based operator of McDonald's franchises provided no news Friday.

Fairchild Semiconductor International Inc. (NASDAQ: FCS) plunged 17 percent in the extended session Friday to $16.85 on no apparent news. The company on Thursday authorized $150 million buyback and was little changed for the week at Friday's closing bell.

Bitauto Holding Ltd. (NYSE: BITA) fell 3 percent after hours to $63.02. The China-based provider of Internet content and marketing services closed up about 3 percent at the bell.

Shake Shack Inc. (NYSE: SHAK) declined 2.5 percent in late trading Friday to $90.50. The restaurant company closed Friday up 33 percent for the week.

Bruker Corp. (NASDAQ: BRKR) fell about 2 percent to $19.16 in late trading. The scientific instrument maker closed the week down about 9 percent.

Ruckus Wireless Inc. (NYSE: RKUS) dropped about 2 percent to $10.57 in the extended session. The WiFi technologies company didn't issue any news.

SeaWorld Entertainment Inc. (NYSE: SEAS) fell 1.7 percent to $21.33 after the bell. The theme park operator wasn't subject to an obvious catalyst.
