Colliers International Acquires Leading Independent Real Estate Advisor in Texas, No Terms Disclosed

FirstService Corporation (Nasdaq: FSRV) (TSX:FSV) announced today that its subsidiary, Colliers International ("Colliers") has acquired CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners LLC ("CASE"), a leading independent commercial real estate advisory firm in Texas. Founded in 1986, CASE provides a broad spectrum of commercial real estate services that include strategic planning, investment sales, corporate solutions, brokerage, property management and lease administration services to private, public and institutional clients. CASE will immediately rebrand to Colliers International and its key professionals including Tom Sutherland, John Conger, Jim Eagle and John Bowles, as well as their team, will join the firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

"One of our key priorities is to expand our business in major metropolitan markets like the Dallas/Fort Worth area," said Craig Robinson, President of Colliers International USA. "Gaining an experienced, deep, and enterprising team of 50 professionals will not only strengthen our operations but expand our business nationally in the areas of medical office, retail and private investment sales," he concluded.
