Pacira Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: PCRX) shares dropped 7.19 percent to $86.50 after the company reported the receipt of a subpoena from the U.S. Department of Justice.

Chinanet Online Holdings Inc (NASDAQ: CNET) fell 6.94 percent to $1.61. ChinaNet Online reported FY 2014 adjusted EPS of -$0.15 on sales of $38.9 million.

SanDisk Corporation (NASDAQ: SNDK) shares dipped 6.26 percent to $66.67 after the company reported weaker-than-expected earnings for the first quarter. Analysts at Deutsche Bank downgraded SanDisk from Buy to Hold and lowered the price target from $80 to $65.

Capital Product Partners L.P. (NASDAQ: CPLP) fell 5.94 percent to $9.34 after the company announced the pricing of 12.8 million common units for $9.53 per share.

Matador Resources Co (NYSE: MTDR) shares declined 5.01 percent to $27.88 after the company announced the pricing of 7 million shares at $189 million total estimated proceeds.

Gulfport Energy Corporation (NASDAQ: GPOR) shares declined 2.42 percent to $48.88 after the company reported that it proposed a $300 million offering of senior notes due 2023.
