The worst performing industries in the market today are: Meat Products: This industry tumbled 2.9% by 11:00 am. The worst stock within the industry was Pilgrim's Pride Corporation PPC, which fell 6.6%. Pilgrim's Pride trailing-twelve-month profit margin is 8.29%. Appliances: This industry fell 2.3% by 11:00 am ET. Whirlpool Corp. WHR shares dropped 2% in today's trading. Whirlpool shares have jumped 40.61% over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 9.42% in the same period. Photographic Equipment & Supplies: This industry declined 1.7% by 11:00 am with GoPro, Inc. GPRO moving down 1.5%. GoPro's trailing-twelve-month EPS is $0.92. Electronic Equipment: The industry dropped 1.3% by 11:00 am. The worst performer in this industry was Energous Corporation WATT, which declined 2%. On Monday, Energous reported a Q4 loss of $9 million.
