China Lodging Group, Limited (NASDAQ: HTHT) fell 12.37% to $17.90. China Lodging reported Q4 adjusted net income of $0.12 per ADS on sales of $208.9 million. Credit Suisse downgraded China Lodging Group from Neutral to Underperform.

Vera Bradley, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRA) dropped 10.46% to $16.18 after the company reported weaker-than-expected results for the fiscal fourth quarter and issued a downbeat outlook.

Brown Shoe Co. Inc. (NYSE: BWS) declined 7.14% to $29.77. Brown Shoe reported better-than-expected earnings for the fourth quarter, but the company's revenue missed analysts' expectations. The company also issued a weak forecast for the full year.

Era Group Inc. (NYSE: ERA) shares slipped 6.51% to $20.25. Era Group reported Q4 earnings of $0.16 per share on revenue of $74.7 million.

The Habit Restaurants, Inc. (NASDAQ: HABT) shares dropped 6.16% to $33.36 after the company reported financial results for its fourth quarter on Tuesday. The company posted quarterly net income of $0.6 million, down from $1.4 million, in the year-ago quarter.

Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. (NYSE: SXL) shares slipped 5.82% to $40.65 following the announcement of 13.5 million unit offering.

Heat Biologics, Inc. (NASDAQ: HTBX) shares fell 2.47% to $6.90 after the company priced a 1.64 million share offering at $6.50 per share.
