Generational Capital Markets Announces The Acquisition Of Enoserv LLC By Doble Engineering Company

& acquisitions, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Enoserv
LLC, headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, by Doble Engineering Company (Doble), a
subsidiary of ESCO Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ESE). Doble is headquartered in
Watertown, Massachusetts and ESCO Technologies in St. Louis, Missouri. The
acquisition closed on January 28, 2015

Enoserv provides a suite of proprietary, mission-critical software tools for
the testing and management of the electric power transmission network. The
Enoserv division of Doble and the existing business of Doble will maintain
their respective core offerings and Enoserv's vendor agnostic nature will
