The worst stock within the industry was Netflix, Inc. NFLX, which fell 2%. Netflix's PEG ratio is 5.18. Foreign Regional Banks: This industry declined 1.68% by 11:00 am with The Governor and Company of the Bank of Ireland IRE moving down 4.2%.
