MSB Financial MSBF shares touched a new 52-week high of $10.25. MSB Financial MHC and MSB Financial announced the adoption of plan of conversion for second-step stock offering. Allergan AGN shares rose 7.45% to touch a new 52-week high of $213.45 after the company agreed to be acquired by Actavis Plc ACT for $66 billion. AbbVie ABBV shares gained 1.50% to reach a new 52-week high of $64.96. 13F from John Paulson's Paulson & Co. showed new stake in AbbVie.
