Analysts at Stifel Nicolaus downgraded Aegion from Buy to Hold and removed the price target of $27. Arrowhead Research ARWR shares fell 3.68% to $12.05 after dropping 7.26% on Tuesday. Intercept Pharmaceuticals ICPT declined 3.69% to $214.49. Intercept Pharma announced data to be presented at the 2014 AASLD Annual Meeting. GoPro GPRO shares fell 3.20% to $90.85. Piper Jaffray downgraded GoPro from Overweight to Neutral. SAP SE SAP dropped 2.97% to $68.32 following a Boerse Online report of a "hiring freeze" at the company. GW Pharmaceuticals plc GWPH shares slipped 2.82% to $77.55 after dropping 2.72% on Tuesday.
