Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding TNXP shares dropped 55.09% to $6.27 after the company reported Phase 2b BESTFIT trial of TNX-102 SL in patients with fibromyalgia. The study did not meet primary endpoint. Civeo CVEO shares declined 41.89% to $14.80 after the company issued a weak revenue forecast. The company reported that it will continue as a C Corp and will redomicile to Canada. Endologix ELGX shares fell 13.45% to $11.49 after the company lowered its FY14 earnings guidance. Karyopharm Therapeutics KPTI dropped 7.24% to $39.05 after the company announced clinical data for Selinexor (KPT-330) in advanced solid tumors. Cempra CEMP shares slipped 4.96% to $10.35 after surging 8.90% on Friday. Cyber-Ark Software CYBR shares dipped 4.78% to $28.37 after falling 5.07% on Friday. Sabra Health Care REIT SBRA declined 4.42% to $24.46 after the company announced a public offering of 6 million shares of common stock and acquired a portfolio of 21 independent living facilities in sale/leaseback transaction for $550 million in cash. Mattel MAT shares declined 1.65% to $30.30. Analysts at MKM Partners downgraded Mattel from Buy to Neutral and lowered the target price from $41 to $32. BlackBerry BBRY shares fell 1.27% to $10.13. On Friday, BlackBerry reported a narrower-than-expected second-quarter loss. However, the company's revenue missed analysts' estimates.
