CTI BioPharma CTIC rose 14.74% to $2.88 after the company and Servier announced an exclusive license and collaboration agreement to develop and commercialize PIXUVRI. YRC Worldwide YRCW shares climbed 12.98% to $22.37 after the company launched a credit agreement amendment. It expected Q3 operating income of $22 to $27 million. United States Steel X shares gained 10.60% to $45.80 after the company reported strategic actions and issued a strong Q3 outlook. Agios Pharmaceuticals AGIO climbed 9.26% to $48.60 on positive Jim Cramer/Mad Money comments. Apogee Enterprises APOG rose 8.49% to $39.50 after the company reported adjusted FQ2 earnings of $0.35 per share on revenue of $231.9 million. However, analysts were estimating earnings of $0.34 per share on revenue of $217.9 million. Perion Network PERI shares jumped 5.99% to $6.72. According to an Israeli financial news website, IAC/Interactive Corp IACI offered to acquire Perion Network. Lennar LEN shares climbed 4.60% to $40.93 after the company reported better-than-expected fiscal third-quarter earnings. E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company DD gained 3.83% to $68.35 after Trian Fund Management LP sent a letter to DuPont's board analyzing how DuPont's conglomerate structure is destroying shareholder value. FedEx FDX shares rose 3.71% to $160.40 after the company reported upbeat results for the fiscal first-quarter. Endo International plc ENDP rose 2.82% to $67.01 after the company offered to buy Auxilium Pharma.
