SIGA Technologies SIGA shares fell 36.13% to $1.75 after a Delaware court ordered SIGA Technologies to pay lump sum expectation damages to PharmAthene PIP for lost profits relating to SIGA's smallpox antiviral. Lpath LPTN declined 9.34% to $3.31. Lpath reported that Scott Pancoast, president and CEO, will present at the 34th Annual Canaccord Genuity Growth Conference on August 13, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. ET in Boston. Dean Foods Company DF shares dipped 7.65% to $14.60 after the company posted a wider-than-expected second-quarter loss and withdrew its forecast for the full year. Resonant RESN shares slipped 7.24% to $7.30. Resonant is expected to report its Q2 financial results on August 13. The Priceline Group PCLN declined 2.22% to $1,310.00 after the company issued a weak forecast for the third quarter. Zynga ZNGA shares fell 1.39% to $2.84 after falling 1.37% on Friday on weaker-than-expected second-quarter revenue and downbeat revenue forecast for the third quarter. ARM Holdings plc ARMH shares slipped 1.06% to $44.95 after gaining 4.27% on Friday.
