Doral Financial entered into an asset purchase and sale and interim service deal with Abbey Finance. Mylan MYL rose 5% to $52.71 after the company announced its plans to acquire Abbott's ABT non-U.S. developed markets specialty and branded generics business in a $5.3 billion all-stock transaction. Parnell Pharmaceuticals Holdings PARN surged 3.80% to $7.11. JMP Securities analyst J.T. Haresco initiated coverage on Parnell Pharmaceuticals with a Market Outperform rating. ZS Pharma ZSPH gained 3.66% to $30.57. JP Morgan initiated coverage on shares of ZS Pharma with a Overweight rating.
