BioAmber (NYSE: BIOA) shares jumped 11.34% to $11.49 after the company announced 210,000 ton per year take or pay contract for succinic acid with Vinmar International.

Macquarie Infrastructure Company LLC (NYSE: MIC) shares climbed 10.92% to $67.85 after the company agreed to acquire the remaining 50% of International-Matex Tank Terminals for $910 million in cash and $115 million in newly issued stock. It also raised its quarterly dividend from $0.9375 to $0.95 per share.

Top Image Systems (NASDAQ: TISA) shares gained 8.19% to $4.43 after the company announced its plans to acquire US-based cloud software and solutions company eGistics.

Groupon (NASDAQ: GRPN) surged 5.43% to $6.80. B Riley upgraded Groupon from Neutral to Buy and raised the price target from $6.00 to $9.50.

Dendreon (NASDAQ: DNDN) rose 5.15% to $2.45 after gaining 1.75% on Monday.

Fifth Street Finance (NASDAQ: FSC) rose 1.20% to $10.09 after the company lifted its monthly dividend by 10% to 9.17 cents per share versus 8.33 cents per share.
