The company reported better-than-expected first-quarter results and also announced a $450 million share buyback program. Himax Technologies HIMX dropped 4.37% to $6.35 in pre-market trading after falling 0.30% on Wednesday. Ariad Pharmaceuticals ARIA shares fell 4.27% to $6.72 in pre-market trading after the company announced a proposed $175 million offering of convertible senior notes due 2019. Exelon EXC shares dropped 1.40% to $35.25 in pre-market trading after the company priced 50 million shares and 20 million equity units.
