PetroLogistics LP PDH rose 9.98% to $14.22 after Koch Industries announced its plans to buy PetroLogistics for $2.1 billion. PowerSecure International POWR shares gained 7.13% to $8.87. Becker Drapkin Management reported an 8.8% stake in PowerSecure Qihoo 360 Technology Co QIHU gained 5.59% to $95.01 after the company reported "strong" first quarter results. The company's second quarter guidance also exceeded analyst expectations. Magnum Hunter Resources MHR jumped 5.05% to $7.70 after the company raised $150 million in a private placement. Workday WDAY jumped 4.98% to $86.22 after the company reported a narrower-than-expected first-quarter loss. Workday posted an adjusted loss of $0.13 per share, versus analysts' expectations for a loss of $0.15 per share.
