Susser Petroleum Partners LP SUSP surged 27.39% to $46.97 on acquisition news. Janney Capital upgraded Susser Petroleum from Neutral to Buy and lifted the price target from $38.00 to $40.00. AstraZeneca PLC AZN surged 15.88% to $79.56 following the rejection of Pfizer's PFE $76.62 per share bid. Galena Biopharma GALE shares gained 14.41% to $2.62 after the company announced Department of Defense grant for NeuVax Clinical Trial. Accuride ACW shares jumped 9.41% to $5.23 after the company reported a Q1 loss of $0.07 per share on revenue of $166.80 million. The company also expects FY14 sales at the high end of $650.0 million to $685.0 million range. GW Pharmaceuticals plc GWPH shares gained 7.13% to $66.55 following announcement of the FDA fast track designation for Sativex. Neptune Technologies & Bioresources NEPT jumped 6.28% to $2.37 after Enzymotec reported the signing of final settlement and license deal with Neptune. Youku Tudou YOKU shares rose 2.94 % to $24.85 after the company announced a $1.22 billion investment by Alibaba Group Holding and Yunfeng Capital.
