Federal-Mogul FDML shares dropped 10.72% to $16.58 after the company reported downbeat Q1 results. Unisys UIS tumbled 10.61% to $25.86 on Q1 results. Unisys reported a quarterly loss of $0.74 per share on revenue of $762.0 million. Cree CREE declined 9.08% to $52.78 on Q3 results. Cree reported its Q3 earnings of $0.39 per share on revenue of $405.30 million. However, analysts were expecting earnings of $0.38 per share on revenue of $407.29 million. VMware VMW shares dipped 8.88% to $95.82 after the company reported Q1 results. AmSurg AMSG fell 6.96% to $43.96 on weaker-than-expected Q1 results. Plug Power PLUG shares slipped 6.57% to $6.26 after the company announced a proposed public offering of common stock and issued revenue outlook for the three month period ended March 31, 2014. Ericsson ERIC shares fell 5.69% to $12.26 after the company reported weak Q3 results. Ericsson reported its Q1 earnings of SEK0.90 per share, versus analysts' estimates of SEK0.93 per share. EMC EMC fell 4.07% to $25.67 after the company reported a 32% drop in its first-quarter earnings and cut its earnings outlook for 2014. ARM Holdings plc ARMH shares slipped 3.93% to $48.14 on Q1 results. ARM's quarterly net income surged to GBP62.3 million ($104.7 million), versus a year-ago profit of GBP51.9 million. AT&T T declined 3.63% to $34.97 after the company reported results for the first quarter. AT&T posted its adjusted profit of $0.71 per share on revenue of $32.5 billion. However, analysts were expecting earnings of $0.70 per share on revenue of $32.4 billion.
