CEL-SCI CVM shares slipped 10.59% to $1.35 after the company priced $10 million offering at $1.40 per share. Antero Resources AR declined 6.79% to $58.92 after the company announced a 105% y/y gain in its Q1 preliminary gas production. Medtronic MDT shares fell 3.18% to $57.32 on Federal District Court ruling preventing the company from selling its CoreValve System in the US as a result of Edwards Lifesciences EW patent infringement verdict.
