Nordic American Tankers NAT shares declined 10.04% to $8.51 after the company upsized offering by 2 million shares and prices 12 million shares at $8.62 per share. LivePerson LPSN shares fell 3.05% to $10.81 after Benchmark downgraded the stock from Buy to Hold. Gilead Sciences GILD slipped 2.20% to $70.64 after the company reported that the FDA has granted priority review to its NDA for ledipasvir and sofosbuvir fixed-dose combo tablet.
