today announced an underwritten public offering of 3,511,845 shares of its common stock to be sold by certain funds affiliated with Farallon Capital Management, L.L.C. The Company will not receive any of the proceeds from the offering. A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with, and declared effective by, the Securities and Exchange Commission.
