Enterprise Financial Services
Corp EFSC announced that Keene S. Turner will join the Company as
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective October 14,
2013. He previously served at National Penn Bancshares, Inc. in Pennsylvania
as Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to National
Penn, Turner was a vice president at the investment banking firm Griffin
Financial Group, where he advised financial institutions on mergers,
acquisitions and other strategic matters. He is a CPA, with public accounting
experience at Ernst & Young, LLP.
Turner is a summa cum laude graduate of Albright College in Reading,
Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics, Accounting and
Business Administration.
Turner succeeds Frank Sanfilippo, who was named Executive Vice President and
Chief Operating Officer for Enterprise. In his new role, Sanfilippo heads the
Company's Operations, Technology and Enterprise Risk Management functions.
Sanfilippo joined Enterprise in 2001 as its CFO. He is a CPA with extensive
banking and public accounting experience. Sanfilippo holds a BS in Accounting
from the University of Missouri.

expertise and fresh insights to Enterprise. Adding Keene to our team also
enables us to broaden Frank's and other executives' roles in the Company.
These moves were made in concert with other recent organizational changes. In
March we named Scott Goodman President of the Bank, partnering him with Bank
Chairman Steve Marsh, and promoted several of our regional executives to new
posts. In sum, these changes strengthen our organization and position
Enterprise for further growth and continuing earnings momentum in our core
banking business."

businesses in metropolitan St. Louis, Kansas City and Phoenix. Enterprise is
primarily focused on serving the needs of privately held businesses, their
owner families, executives and professionals.
