BlackBerry (NASDAQ: BBRY) plummeted 24.66% to $10.91 after the company posted a quarterly loss of $84 million, or $0.16 per share, versus a year-ago loss of $518 million, or $0.99 per share. Its loss from continuing operations came in at $84 million, while its adjusted loss from continuing operations was $67 million, or $0.13 per share.
LHC Group (NASDAQ: LHCG) dropped 13.69% to $19.44 after analysts at RW Baird downgraded the company from Neutral to Underperform. The target price for LHC Group has been lowered from $22 to $16.
Gentiva Health Services (NASDAQ: GTIV) traded down 13.49 percent to $9.88 Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) proposed funding changes that amount to a cut of 3.5 percent per year over the next four years, causing home health care shares to sink.
Amedisys (NASDAQ: AMED) traded down 10.99% to $11.83.
Accenture (NYSE: ACN) tumbled 10.48% to $71.78 after the company lowered its forecast for the fiscal year.
AZZ Incorporated (NYSE: AZZ) plunged 14.15% to $37 after the company reported a 9% drop in its fiscal first-quarter earnings and issued a weak current-quarter view.
