Myriad Genetics MYGN dropped 12.52 percent to $28.00 after Bank of America analysts downgraded the stock to Neutral. Walter Energy WLT tumbled 14.87 percent to $12.51 after the company withdraws proposed $1.55 billion loan refinancing due to market conditions. Capstone Turbine Corp. CPST dropped 10.94 percent to $1.14 after the company posted a net loss of $4.1 million on Q4. Ceres CERE plunged 12.46 percent to $3.73 after a big rally on Thursday. Celsion CLSN traded down 12.60 percent to $1.31 with a 12 month ROE of -79.88 percent. American Superconductor Corp. AMSC dropped 10.23 percent to $2.38 on less than estimated sales report. Himax Technologies HIMX dipped 8.03 percent to $5.38 after the company priced 22,086,742 ADSs at $5.25 per ADS by selling shareholder Innolux. Gannett GCI traded down 6.41 percent to $24.90 after the company announced that it will enter into an agreement with Belo Corp. BLC in which Gannett will acquire all outstanding shares of Belo for $13.75 per share. Corinthian Colleges COCO shares are down 7.82 percent to $2.12 following a concerning note from Bank of America on news of an SEC probe Monday afternoon.
