Pre-open movers US stock futures are slightly higher this morning. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average surged 12 points to 13,290.00 and S&P 500 index futures rose 1.30 points to 1,432.80. Nasdaq 100 futures climbed 4.75 points to 2,690.50.

A Peek Into Global Markets European markets were mostly higher today. The STOXX Europe 600 Index rose 0.09%, London's FTSE 100 Index gained 0.24%, French CAC 40 Index dropped 0.06% and German DAX 30 index rose 0.23%.

Asian markets ended mostly higher, with Japan's Nikkei Stock Average rising 0.59%, China's Shanghai Composite gaining 0.39% and Australia's S&P/ASX 200 rising 0.23%. Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index rose 0.80% and India's Sensex dropped 0.16%.

Broker Recommendation Analysts at Piper Jaffray upgraded Take-Two Interactive Software (NASDAQ: TTWO) from “neutral” to “overweight.” The target price for Take-Two has been raised from $12 to $18.

Take-Two shares gained 1.96% to $13.02 in pre-market trading.
