Atrion Declares Special $10 Dividend

Atrion Corporation ATRI today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $10.00 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on December 10, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 26, 2012.
