BreitBurn Energy Increases Distribution from $0.46 to $0.465

BreitBurn Energy Partners L.P.

announced today a cash distribution of $0.465 per unit for the third quarter 2012, or $1.86 per unit on an annualized basis, for all of its outstanding units. This distribution represents an increase from the second quarter 2012 distribution, which was $0.460 per unit, or $1.84 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on November 14, 2012 to the record holders of common units at the close of business on November 9, 2012.
