Convergys Names Ayers President and CEO; Fox Executive Chairman

Convergys Corporation CVG, a global leader in customer management, today announced the appointment of Andrea Ayers as president and chief executive officer, effective November 1, 2012, and a member of the board of directors, effective today. Ms. Ayers joined Convergys in 1990 and has served in a variety of a leadership positions, most recently as president and chief operating officer. At the same time, the Convergys Board of Directors appointed Jeffrey Fox as executive chairman of the board, also effective November 1. Phil Odeen remains on the Board of Directors as lead independent director.
