Schlumberger Declares Dividend of $0.275

The Board of Directors of Schlumberger Limited SLB today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share of outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable on January 11, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 3, 2012.
