has hired Robert (Rob) P. Maida, effective October 1, 2012, to become the Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective December 1, 2012 to replace Richard (Dick) D. Smith who will retire on March 31, 2013. Dick currently serves as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and will work with Rob until his retirement to provide a smooth transition of the CFO's responsibilities. After his retirement, Dick will continue to serve as a Board Member for the Company as recommended by the Board of Directors and approved by the Company's shareholders.
