Hercules Technology Growth Capital Prices Public Offering of Common Stock

Hercules Technology Growth Capital, Inc. HTGC ("Hercules") announced that it has priced its public offering of 3,100,000 shares of common stock. The offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close on October 3, 2012. The last reported sales price of Hercules' common stock on September 27, 2012 was $11.42 per share. Credit Suisse is the sole underwriter of this offering.
