Adela Cepeda Appointed to BMO Board of Directors

announced today the appointment of Adela Cepeda, President of A.C. Advisory, Inc., to the BMO Financial Corp. Board of Directors. BMO Financial Corp. is the U.S. holding company for BMO Harris Bank N.A., and the Board of Directors provides governance and oversight for the bank as well as BMO Capital Markets and BMO Private Bank. "Adela is a key addition to our Board and will help shape our efforts in ensuring the success of the bank, our customers and local economies," said Frank Clark, Chairman of the Board, BMO Financial Corp., and former Chairman and CEO of ComEd.
