Accelr8 Appoints Steve Reichling Chief Financial Officer

Accelr8 Technology Corp. (NYSE MKT: AXK) today announced that it has named Steve Reichling as Chief Financial Officer. Reichling joins Accelr8 from Roche Tissue Diagnostics where he served as general manager of its antibody R&D and research products subsidiary, Spring Bioscience Corp. Prior to this role he held various finance, accounting and operations leadership roles at Roche Tissue Diagnostics and Ventana Medical Systems including director of finance and operations, manager of business development finance, and head of Internal Audit and Sarbanes Oxley Compliance. Prior to his tenure at Roche Tissue Diagnostics and Ventana Medical Systems, Reichling was a life sciences company auditor at Ernst & Young LLP. He holds a B.A. in accounting and entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona and is a Certified Public Accountant.
