ONEOK Increases Quarterly Dividend by 8% to $0.33

The board of directors of ONEOK, Inc.

today increased the quarterly dividend to 33 cents per share of common stock from 30.5 cents per share on a post-split basis, a 2.5-cent-per-share, or 8 percent increase, effective for the second quarter 2012, payable Aug. 15, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business Aug. 6, 2012.
