Apple Punished in Court for Being Too Cool

In the ongoing patent dispute between Apple AAPL and Samsung, a British high court judge has ruled in favor of Samsung because the company's products are not cool enough. According to ABC News, the lawsuit surrounds Apple's intellectual property and design. The iPad creator argues that Samsung copied its tablet, but Judge Colin Birss disagrees, saying that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10 is simply "not as cool" as the iPad. As a result, Samsung can continue to sell its tablet in England, but not without getting picked on by all the jocks and cheerleaders for being too nerdy. Follow me @LouisBedigianBZ
